With an engaging nose of fresh, red ripe raspberries, candied apple and mild earthiness, this easy sipping Cabernet lends inviting flavors of red tart cherries, red currant, faint plum and mild vanilla.  Great on its own and would pair perfect with that weekend party platter. 2007 Chime Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Happy Thursday to all and hope everyone has wonderful plans for the Weekend.  This was the third experience i have had tasting Chime Cellars wines, and this 2007 Willamette Pinot Noir by far was the most balanced and enjoyable. Mild to medium bodied with a fragrant nose of lite red cherry, clove, musk and faint mushroom, this wine besides having a tad of tartness, drinks easy.  Good value for $12.  Keep Drinking and Keep Believing.

Left Coast Cellars 2006 Pinot Noir Cali’s Cuvee

This Willamette Valley Oregon Pinot Noir drinks smooth and consistent offering flavors of ripe Bing cherries, clove, faint vanilla spice and a hint of menthol on the back palate.  For a Pinot Noir for $17, this is a sound buy.  Keep Drinking and Keep Believing.
