2006 Cliff Creek Claret

Big Bordeaux blended with 43% Cabernet Franc, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Merlot, revealing a deep dark plum on the verge of black ink hue and expressing a contemplative bouquet of dill, black pepper, smoke and ash.  With wonderful mouthfeel, big tannin that occupys the entire mouth and well rounded flavors of dark fruit, thick raspberry, dark chocolate and a tinge of herbaceousness, this wine is structured more towards having with a bigger meal rather than sipping alone.  Keep Drinking and Keep Believing.
